Charters School
Charters School is a secondary school and sixth form with academy status located in Sunningdale, Berkshire. In December 2006 and December 2009 it was graded 1 outstanding by OFSTED.
Charters School awarded IBS Office Solutions their print copier business in September 2008 and have remained a loyal customer ever since.
To this end IBS Office Solutions have exceeded our expectations as a supplier of copiers and the excellent customer support that they provide.
With the volume of copies we produce as a school, account management and support is important to us. The office at IBS and their team of engineers are always quick to answer and respond to our calls. When required, an engineer is often on site within two to three hours after the call is initially logged.
Our first main mono reprographics machine, Sharp MXM950 we replaced after 13,000,000 copies/prints. I think this gives you an idea of how good their service support is. Its replacement the Sharp MXM1054 has already produced 3,800,000 in eighteen months. They service the devices every 500,000 copies either in the half term or after 3.30pm in order to minimise downtime.
In addition to the supply and support of hardware, IBS have also assisted us in implementing a whole school print management policy. A software based print management solution was introduced in September 2011 and IBS have helped us configure the software to successfully cut print costs.
